120mm Width (Thickness) Concrete Sleepers
For super heavy duty retaining walls, when the engineering specifies it or for retaining wall projects up to 7.5 meters in height, you’re going to need the 120mm width concrete sleepers. These concrete sleepers only come in our smooth-finish pattern, called ‘The Marina‘ range and although they come as standard on the plain/grey colour you can talk to use if you require charcoal/graphite colour.
These thick concrete sleepers are most commonly used in commercial, civil and large domestic applications.
These sleepers lengths start from 1.2m,1.5m, 1.8m, 2m and 2.4m (please check our technical engineering specification for accurate measurements).
150UC or 200UC is usually the steel used with these sleepers. We can coordinate the steel needed for your project: 150UC 23.4, 150UC 30, 150UC 37 or most of the 200UC options available including 200UC 46.2, 200UC 52.2, 200UC 59.5, 200UC 72.9 and more

Each 120mm width concrete sleeper is manufactured as standard with 2x N-12 Reo Bars for superior strength and durability, we can also manufacture these sleepers with variations, like a 3rd N12 reo bar, N16 instead of N12, or even customise it with welded N12 ligatures or R6 ties.
