We expect that you should never need to use this returns policy, however in the unlikely event that any of our products are proven to be faulty or defective, you may return the goods for replacement.

We do not accept returns if the Buyer has simply changed its mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or the Buyer has decided it does not like or need the product anymore. If at Sunset Sleepers discretion it chooses to accept a return for change of mind, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee for 80mm sleepers or 40% restocking fee for thicker sleepers. Custom sleepers can not be returned. A minimum cost of $150+GST applies.
