Delivery Policy
NOTE: This Delivery, Returns and Refunds policy is a fraction of our Terms of Sale policy. Please visit Terms of Sale for complete terms and conditions.
- Delivery Date and Time:
- Sunset Sleepers will try their best to deliver the Goods on the agreed delivery date.
- Sunset Sleepers is not liable for any delays in delivery.
- Responsibility for Checking Delivery:
- Buyer must check the delivered Goods upon receipt.
- Any discrepancy in quantity must be reported to Sunset Sleepers immediately upon delivery.
- Failure to report discrepancies within 12 hours constitutes acceptance of delivered quantity.
- Delivery Costs:
- Buyer is responsible for all delivery costs associated with the Goods.
- Buyer’s Collection:
- If Buyer chooses to collect Goods, they’re responsible for safe and lawful transportation.
- Buyer must ensure vehicles and equipment meet safety standards and weight capacities.
- Sunset Sleepers may refuse collection if necessary information is not provided.
- Defects:
- Buyer must inspect Goods for defects upon delivery.
- Any defects must be reported to Sunset Sleepers in writing within 3 days of delivery.
- Buyer must preserve defective Goods and allow Sunset Sleepers access for inspection.
- Risk and Title:
- Risk in Goods passes to Buyer upon delivery.
- Title in Goods doesn’t pass until full payment is made.
